What is the workflow of the oil heating laminating machine?

After the paper reaches under the heating roller through the conveyor belt, the heating roller melts the glue on the pre-coated film, sticks the film on the coated paper, and at the same time presses the pressure roller to make the film and paper close. When just laminating, the paper is curled. After laminating, it passes through the anti-roll device to make the paper flat and finally passes through the composite roller and exits the paper.

This machine is an integral mechanism consisting of a film release mechanism, guide roller, paper feeding table, heating roller, strong pressing, anti-rolling device and electrical control system.

1. The film release shaft, the film release mechanism has a friction plate, and the film tightness can be adjusted by turning the handwheel. It is equipped with automatic slitting, which can slit the film width. The dotted line on the film is easy to break.

The temperature detector is placed on the surface of the drum. When the set temperature is reached, the electric appliance automatically turns off the heating tube to save electricity.

4. Conveying table, the conveying table is driven by the main conveying roller, the belt tension can be adjusted at both ends of the auxiliary conveying roller, the middle wheel can adjust the left and right position of the belt, and the side gauge can be adjusted to make the lateral position of the paper align with the film conveying.

5. The pressure roller is made of non-adhesive, oil-resistant, high-temperature and pressure-resistant materials. After adjusting the film position to reach the required temperature and running the machine to transport the paper to the pressure roller, the pressure switch can be turned on to press the pressure roller. Be sure to relieve pressure when shutting down.

6. When the anti-roll device needs to be adjusted, adjust the hand wheel to meet the paper requirements, and then press the second pressure roller (composite roller) button.

7. For the slitting roller, after setting the meter counter, the cylinder will run and press to make the paper cut at the interface when the set length is reached. (If the roller does not rotate due to continuous slitting during pressing, please turn off the "slitting switch (red)" to separate it)

8. On the delivery table, adjust the baffle according to the length of the paper so that the slitted paper is folded on the table.

During the operation, stop the machine when the film is pasted, and start the operation after the roller is cleaned. How to make acceptance of the oil heating laminating machine?

1. The fully automatic laminator peels off one corner of the finished sample along the width direction, holds the paper, and tears it off along the width direction. If the graphic marks on the surface of the printed matter are transferred to the film along with the adhesive layer and fibres of the paper, it means that the printed matter is well combined with the film and is a qualified product.

2. Put the coated sample into the drying channel with an automatic laminating machine, and bake it at 60~65℃ for about 30 minutes. Foaming, delamination, and wrinkling are not allowed. After baking, the torn film should not be completely separate from the paper.

3. The fully automatic laminator immerses the sample in cold water for 1 hour and then takes it out. It is qualified if the plastic film is not separated from the printed matter.

4. The automatic laminating machine puts the sample on the indenter for stamping, and the concave and convex parts are qualified products without peeling.

How do we maintain the oil heating laminating machine?

1. Always check whether there is rubber and grease on the rubber roller, and do not let the protective film stick directly to the coated rubber roller; wipe the glue, grease or dust on the rubber roller in time, especially some easily curable glue, to ensure that The surface of the rubber roller is clean and bright.

2. After each use of the machine, be sure to clean the machine immediately so as not to affect the quality of the film in the next use. Wipe with glue thinner (alcohol or xylene) and wipe each roller with a soft towel. Never touch with sharps (such as blades). Scrape the surface of the rubber roller. Otherwise, the flatness of the coated rubber roller will be damaged or destroyed to the point that it cannot be used.

3. If the rubber roller needs to stop rotating for a long time, the heating tube must be stopped first to avoid the excessive temperature burning the rubber roller and affecting the temperature balance of the surface of the rubber roller, which directly affects the lamination effect.

4. After use, please stop heating first, wait for the temperature to drop below 80 ℃, then stop the rotation of the rubber roller and raise the rubber roller, and finally turn off the power; if there is an automatic shutdown function, please select this function and then turn off the power.

5. It is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the laminating equipment for a long time, especially the cleanliness of the rubber rollers, platforms and balance rollers; inspections are carried out every day and every shift.

6. When laminating, ensure that there is no slippage between the inner tube of the film and the fixing card so as not to affect the lamination quality due to uneven tension.

7. When operating the touch screen, please tap lightly, do not use too much force or force, and do not use hard objects to touch the screen's surface.

8. It is necessary to regularly add lubricating oil to each transmission part and sliding surface of the machine to ensure that the machine works in a good lubricated state. In particular, the large bearing of the laminating roller is hesitantly subjected to high pressure and high temperature, and the lubricating oil is easy to volatilize and lose. It can normally work under high temperature and high-pressure conditions. Lubricating oil should be added regularly to the rotating shaft to ensure reliable rotation.

9. When the laminating machine is used daily, add a small amount of oil to the transmission chain to lubricate once a month, and clean the chain once every six months. A comprehensive machine inspection is carried out annually, and problems are found and solved in time.

How do you deal with the common troubles of the oil heating laminating machine?

5. When maintaining or repairing machinery and equipment, please handle it carefully when disassembling and assembling the heating tube to prevent damage.

6. If any oil pollution is seen in the inspection or maintenance process, it should be eliminated to prevent the oil pollution from being injected into other components and endangering the normal operation of the machine.
