What is the workflow of the oil heating laminating machine?

How do we maintain the oil heating laminating machine?
1. 5. It is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the laminating equipment for a long time, especially the cleanliness of the rubber rollers, platforms and balance rollers; inspections are carried out every day and every shift.
6. When laminating, ensure that there is no slippage between the inner tube of the film and the fixing card so as not to affect the lamination quality due to uneven tension.
7. When operating the touch screen, please tap lightly, do not use too much force or force, and do not use hard objects to touch the screen's surface.
8. It is necessary to regularly add lubricating oil to each transmission part and sliding surface of the machine to ensure that the machine works in a good lubricated state. In particular, the large bearing of the laminating roller is hesitantly subjected to high pressure and high temperature, and the lubricating oil is easy to volatilize and lose. It can normally work under high temperature and high-pressure conditions. Lubricating oil should be added regularly to the rotating shaft to ensure reliable rotation.
9. When the laminating machine is used daily, add a small amount of oil to the transmission chain to lubricate once a month, and clean the chain once every six months. A comprehensive machine inspection is carried out annually, and problems are found and solved in time.
